چکیده
Objective: To identify etiologic microbiota associated periodontal diseases among diabetes patients and the factors related to most commonly identified bacteria species . Material Methods: Periodontal plaque samples from 11 diabetic participants 13 non-diabetic controls were collected assess their aerobic anaerobic bacterial growth. Different distinct colonies by microscopic 16srDNA sequencing. Pearson's chi-square tests conducted examine any association between categorical variables. Results: The subjects revealed a more intense formation with mean index of 2.4 compared 1.8 in non-diabetics. A total 86 isolated 24 samples, 44 aerobic, 42 anaerobic. Only isolates, 22 patients, evaluated these analyses. Bacillus spp. (B. cereus mainly) and Klebsiella (K. pneumoniae, K. aerogenes, oxytoca ) detected markedly higher individuals than (p=0.026 p=0.021, respectively). Some only dental individuals, namely, mojavensis, Enterobacter cloacae, Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, hominis, pasteuri, Streptococcus mutans, pasteurianus . presence acid reflux jaundice significantly common isolate, namely spp ., p-values 0.007 0.001, respectively Conclusion: Type-2 mellitus is amount plaques. Periodontal possess differential microbial communities. Diabetic plaques contain versatile microbes predominated gram-positive streptococci staphylococci.

متن کاملDifferent role of zinc transporter 8 between type 1 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus
Diabetes can be simply classified into type 1 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Zinc transporter 8 (ZnT8), a novel islet autoantigen, is specifically expressed in insulin-containing secretory granules of β-cells. Genetic studies show that the genotypes of SLC30A8 can determine either protective or diabetogenic response depending on environmental and lifestyle factors. The ZnT8 pro...
